[Z06] check enging light/Halltech Stinger?

check enging light/Halltech Stinger?
OK, I went to Carlisle today and had a Borla exhuast installed on my 02 Z. on the ride home the check enging light came on, I was right in front of Lawrence Chevrolet, I pulled in and they plugged me in and told me I was lean on the left side. (awesome guys at Lawrence, no charge no waiting, very nice guys) I installed a Halltech Stinger intake my self recently, now the guy at lawrence chevy told me the code first appeared 15 miles ago, It had not been 15 miles since I left Carlisle with my new exhaust, so it must have been caused by the Halltech intake? if so will it correct itself? should I put the factory intake back on? if I do will the check enging light go out by itself? or what should I do? I would appreciate any advice.
