Lower it. You'll love it. Mine is lowered and I have the A&A frame savers and rocker rail protectors. As everyone is saying, just adjust your driving habits. I've always had lowered vehicles so it doesn't bother me when I scrape my air dam for it can be replaced very inexpensively.
If you are going to lower the car, get some protection for your rocker rails. They saved me the other night as I didn't angle my car enough as I was going over a monster speed bump. Hopefully the thud I heard was only the rocker rail protectors taking out the speed bump.
