99 With a Security Issue
A buddy has a 99 with a security problem where the steering wheel will lock and the fuel pump will cut out as if it's being stolen. He's had it in the shop (dealer) about a half a dozen times in the last couple months. They can't seem to find what is causing the problem. Hence there has yet to be a solution.
I've tried doing a few word searches but I am not seeing anything here. Could you guys help a c4 driver with a c5 friend in need?
