I had the issue of mine not going down and I read here to give it a nice wack near the speaker as you push the button to lower it .... I did and I haven't had a drop of problems since then!
In addition to the above hints for a "stuck motor", you might want to grab the flexible rubber accordian that runs between the frame and the door and wiggle it some. There is connector just inside the door frame that is prone to poor pin contact. The harness runs through that black rubber accordian connector between the frame and the door. Wiggling the harness may get some contact back --- enough to allow the window to work for a while. If that works, there are two things you can do to fix it --------- let us know if that works.
Just yesterday, I asked the same question about my drivers window not going down. I heard a click when I depressed the window switch, but the window did not go down. I was offered several suggestions, including wiggling the flexible accordion boot between the door and frame and hitting the inside of the door, above the speaker. Neither of these worked. However, what did work, was depressing the switch and banging the rubber door handle grip (not the plastic piece that opens the door) with the ball of my hand. I had to whack it around 30 times, before it started to work. Mine went bad right after I washed the car. Perhaps water got in the track and somehow caused the problem
Also tryed all above suggestions but with no luck. I had to pull inner door panel off and firmly tap end of window motor with rubber mallet several times. It started to work agin and I exericed it up & down some. That was 4 months ago, no more problems. I now run it down & up once a day.

I doubted this advice when I had the same problem. But it worked. No problems since.
The "percussion method" will work for a while. Its the cheap relays that seize up causing the problem. If its a relay the sharp rap should free it up but eventually you may have to change out the module or replace the relay
As Chicago 1 says, Bakersfields post is the definitive post on these problems. Its worth a read.

If you find you need to change the relay, I have done both the door lock one and the window one. The door lock one has 5 pins, but the window relay has 8. Worse, they are not aligned at all and go in almost an "S" pattern (making extraction more difficult) and the window relay itself is hard to find. I was only able to find it at mouser.com.
