Kickplate question
I have Torch Red interior in my 2003 coupe. The kickplate on the drivers side has two black, or dark, marks on it from someones heal hitting it, i guess. It was on there when i bought the car. My question is: What will clean this off without damage to the plastic. Is this kickplate painted over black plastic or is it made of red plastic thru and thru?

I have used Mr Clean Magic Erasers on our gray interior plastic with good results. The bottom portion of the door is gray, as well as the kick panels and this removes the scuffs nicely. Not to say that it works better than a wet sponge and windex.

I have used Mr Clean Magic Erasers on our gray interior plastic with good results. The bottom portion of the door is gray, as well as the kick panels and this removes the scuffs nicely. Not to say that it works better than a wet sponge and windex.

I tried just about everything on mine and the Magic Eraser removes it with out scratching the plastic.
