one more thing seller emailed this response just after I posted mine,
Yea I was'nt too sure it had been wrecked either. But it has a clear title now since it was transfered to North Carolina. I believe it was hit in the front and was very light hit, the car was fixed by Arts Corvettes in Bowling Green, Kentucky. They are a very highly prestige corvette dealership right beside the corvette manufacturing plant in bowling green. But everything had been fixed on it when I had purchased the car and there was no possible evidence that showed it had been wrecked. Thanks
Is it still worth going to look at or just run, far far away.
Can't you see that huge gap between the front fender and drivers door near the bottom. I can see that in the pic, so I would bet I would find tons of thing if I saw this car in person. I would walk and spend just a few more bucks for one that has not been crashed!

Looking at it again, that huge gap is easily fixed by pulling the screws/bolts at the bottom of the front fender, then pushing it back in place and then tightening.

I'd have to go with what others have said before me. I would never consider going with one that has a salvage/rebuild title. There are too many other options out there, for not much more.
Art's specializes in vette, which includes wrecked vettes, parts and salvaged titles. My son totaled his vette seven years ago and I had discussions with them. Run far away, something stinks.
When I was looking at vettes early this year I found alot of them had been wreaked and fixed back up. Many of these vettes were priced at market value of a non wrecked low mile vette. In most cases there was no mention of it until I found the evidence and brought it to their attention, then they would fess up. Be carefull there are alot of crooked people out there. Don't rely on carfax sometimes they fix them back up without insurance being involved.
