Default Leather Armrests

Has anyone purchased any of the leather armrests that are sold? Where did you purchase from? Are you happy with the look and quality?

These are the armrests selling around $130 ...

My car when I bought was in excellent condition. Only somewhat signs of wear were the vinly or whatever it is on the door panels not laying flat on the armrests. My interior is light oak / black and I think the aftermarket leather armrests would cover those signs of wear and would also look real nice with the rest of the interior.

I only found two places selling them .. one is out of stock and the other is murder on shipping charges.

These have been on my car for over two years - two HOT Arizona summers with the top down....and they look like the day I installed them.

Vette Essentials is the only way to go.

Maybe I purchased mine too early in the production run but both sides are pulling up from the foam underneath the leather. I like the padding but after about 2 years the pads just aren't holding up well and have compressed a lot. I am thinking about Caravaggio for replacements and getting away from the Vette Essential arm pads.

Go with Vette Essentials! THE BEST! Matt will help you get exactly what you are wanting. This winter, the seats will be added to my interior and it just can't be soon enough.

I can remember asking about arm rests on here myself a few moons ago. I was a little hesitant about buying them but after the reassuring responses I got on here I bought a pair of all black ones from VE. I'm very happy with them, I think you will be, too!

I got mine from Matt of Vette Essentials when we were at Carlisle. It's the fix for the vinyl comming loose on the door panel above the arm rest.
