Hi guys,

I understand what you all mean by the poles not reaching all the way to the bottom, but that's the original design, I can't modify it, I hope you can understand that I have some rules to follow with GM under their license agreement.
This is the original design from GM. The logo itself is correct, the indentation on on the steering wheel is made like that and the poles are not meant to reach the very bottom of it.
So don't try to bring it down as its not meant to go there.
That's how its meant to be.
Thanks,

I have three Cyberdine Graphics decals on my car - steering wheel, airbag letters and I have a decal on my Volant airbridge. I admit that I had to apply some Krazy Glue on the steering wheel decal, but overall I am very happy with the appearance of the logos.

I wish you the best Alex and hang in there. These guys are very demanding (and I mean that in a positive way). They will pay for great quality and excellent customer service.

Use denatured alcohol to prep the area guys, helps immensley. Plain alcohol just doesn't do that well and denatured won't harm anything I've used it on. Paint dept. @ Lowes etc............

Another satisfied customer here. I have their air bag lettering kit and their front bumper lettering kit on my car. Top notch quality. Also I'm the "guinea pig" for the hood blanket decal. Stick'n fine so far. Nice looking item.

I was very pleased to do business with Cyberdine Graphics.

I agree... when I called you in or about the month of June, you did return my call, but it was something like 2-3 weeks after I had left the message! Change your voicemail if you are temporarily unavailable... just a thought my man.

I have the interior decals and they look great! When are you going to release the hood liner decal? TY Jim

I've always heard great things about Cyberdine products. I guess I must have missed the gripe so it can't have been too bad

My steering wheel decal is coming up for replacement and I think Cyberdine would be my choice

I purchased a set of raised air-bag letter decals which arrived damaged (as in two of the letters had fallen off the backing prior to the package being opened). I was told in an email that he seriously doubted the fact that they arrived "defective" and that I probably mishandled them rendering the adhesive useless. He said he would send some 3M adhesive promoter to try and get the adhesive back up to par, but it has been 2.5 months and still nothing. I emailed him about two weeks after his first reply to ask where the promoter was and he said "I'll get it right out". Sounds like he is busy, but somewhere along the line I got pissed and threw the decals away. This was a complete waist of $25.00.

I think I bought from him too. At first I was unhappy, I thought that it was the wrong size etc. and didn't stcik. My mother in law was here, she has lots more patience, she put the sticker on my steeringwheel and it hasn't moved since and looks awesome. I would hate to be in Alexe's position becaus I'm sure there are lots of compalainers.

I purchased a steering wheel Insert along with one for the airbag. After applying the airbags letters a couple fell off. I contacted Alex and he sent me installation instructions. When I read them I understood the problem, I had contaminated the letters and surface. Alex sent me some replacement letters and promoter free of charge, but while waiting for the replacemebts, I had lost another letter . Well I just tossed everything away, and now have no dash / airbag insert, but it's not Alex's or the products fault. Alex went out of his way to help resolve an issue of my doing.
