'01 Headlight Jiggle
My passenger side headlight jiggles when I go over any bumps and on the highway it makes signs seem to flicker. It's slightly loose when I check it when stopped, but i can't seem to figure out what's letting it shake. It points true. Any ideas?

The actual lamp unit fixes into the headlight cradle with 3 or 4 bolts - make sure these are all tight. The assembly rotates with a screw mechanism via the headlamp motor and a nylon gear. If the gear is beginning to wear (very common) it will alow the lamp unit to jitter.
Could be either.
If your battery grounds are loose, it could of course be that but you'd see some serious flickering.
