My brakes don't make noise. What is your noise like?

I have ceramic pads. I put them on to reduce brake dust all over the side of my car. I like them. When I brake I hear the slight scraping sound of the pads on the rotor but it isn't very loud. I won't hear it if the windows are up. So if you are getting more sound than that you have an issue. If it is a higher pitched sound it may be the wear sensor is too close to the rotor. If it grinds all the time it could be the pads are worn out and you have the metal backing scaring up your rotors. A constant grinding sound may mean you have a wheel bearing going out. You should have a brake shop look it over, if you can trust them.
