Service Coulumn lock
Hey every one my mom 01 is saying service coulumn lock so i cant even drive the car to chevy to get it fixs is there a way to get that off so i can take it in thank you

Not much use to post the question without any details.
Do you just have the message, or is the column locked?
Is the column unlocked, but the fuel tries to cut off when you drive it?
manual or automatic?
What is keeping you from driving it?

If you will read the link provided by TM-96CE it tells all.
Well maybe not about the fuel shut-off..
I just hope this is true:
2001-2004 A4's
No Change Required - they didn't install the Electric Column Lock (ECL) on those years, in the U.S., after experiencing so many problems.
