Default Front Bumper Lights

Can anyone here help me with a link or directions on how to remove the front bumper light housing off our 01 vert? I have a piece of broken bulb visable from the outside & I can not figure how to get it out without removing the whole housing. Any help would be greatly appreciated in advance.

manually raise your headlights.

remove black headlight bezel held by 3 screws.

reach down and feel for bulb connector.

twist and pull bulb from bottom of lense housing.

replace and reverse to put back together.

Or, if you can't get your arm in there, raise the car and take the access panel off that is located under the front fascia. Once removed, you have complete access to the light sockets.

I normally change the bulb by going in through the top.

If the bulb has exploded you'll probably need to pull the light unit to get the pieces out. Also if its blowing bulbs you may have a crack which is letting water in.

Best to pull the housing, get the wreckage out and check for damage. To do that you'll need to open the panel underneath.

Yes. You'll need a 7mm nut driver, and a small 1/4" drive ratchet w/7mm socket to do the job.

speaking of the front marker lights, why are they partially held in place by a spring?
