Default West Coast Corvette

Has anyone had trouble with WCC. I ordered a tire and wheel package 7 weeks ago. They tell me that they get the wheels that I ordered from CCW, send them out to get chromed, get them back and then mount, balance and ship. All they tell me is that there on order. really no reason. Any comments? Does anyone have someone they have delt with there that I could contact.......Soon the snow will be here...just in time.

IMHO, WCC is one to the best vendors on this site. Including some misc. parts and such, I bought both of my C5's from them. Great company to deal with.

How long do you think it would take to order wheels, get them chromed, returned, have the tires mounted and balance and finally shipped to you? It wouldn't surprise me if it took at least 4 to 6 weeks. And if CCW doesn't have the wheels produced, who knows?

7 weeks ago. You must of just come under the wire. I went there and they told me they don't deal in CCW wheels anymore. They are in transition in putting out their own wheels. This is what I was told at their counter. After 7 weeks you should be hearing from them soon. Should look

Great service from WCC. You kind of have to be careful of their prices on alot of things, but the service is excellent.

I've ordered a bunch of stuff from WCC and never had a problem. I recently ordered a chrome, 505a style wheel (I slightly scraped my right front wheel) from them and received it when they said I would. I've always dealt with Paul when I've ordered wheels and tires. As far as I'm concerned, their customer service is top notch.

Always a good sign when the vendor responds right away. They just made my personal list. Two hour response time....unheard of today.

Ive ordered a lot of stuff from them and have no issues. They are usually cheaper than other vendors and always get my product in about 3-4 business days. Which is pretty good since they are on the west coast and im on the east coast. It takes that long or longer for others that are closer to me.

They're actually higher priced then most of the other vendors (especially on the GMPP stuff) but the level of customer service; professional shop, free catalogs, web-site; and so forth are where the extra cash goes so many people see it as worth it...

WCC They are NO 1 in C/S. I got my Chrome CCW from them no problem. I deal with Jake. He was outstanding. Their prices were better than getting them from CCW directly. CCW did not want to deal with chrome wheels.

Everthing will be A OK. And when you get the package you will be in heaven GREAT LOOK!!!!!!!

For the products that I have bought from them, they were just about always the cheaper one.

I've ordered from WCC several times and never had a problem. I did have an item on back order from early August and they called me to let me know the item should be here by 9/26/07. I got home from work today and the item was at my front door! I'm pretty sure they'll take good care of you too.

CHAZZVETTE - we are tracking in parallel. I ordered the CCW Chrome Wheel package in early August. I just checked with FedEx and they are set to arrive tomorrow!! I think it took awhile since they had to order them, then have them shipped out to be chromed. All my discussions with WCC support staff were top notch.

YES! I am not going to get into it right now, but if they don't follow through with what they said they would do, you can bet I will post the whole ugly story on this and other forums. More (possibly) on this later.
