I'd use a soft cloth and ease the arm into the hole. Take it easy so as not to scratch the lens or dislodge the mounting. If you use fluid it may be hard to get it off again given how small the orifice is

I too just use a nice clean, soft cloth to gently wipe the lens down. I've used some glass cleaner sprayed sparingly on the cloth and it has worked fine too.

Microfiber cleaning cloth. If you decide to use glass cleaner, use caution. Make sure it is safe for tinted windows, etc. Most regular glass cleaners contain ammonia and WILL fog the plastic lens.
