Suggestion- why don't we print a paper and put it on our dash CORVETTE FORUM MEMBER & our screen name. Maybe will see each other at the square.

Gary that is exactly what I do there were some last year in the carshow, helps meat everyone, my wife and I are heading over on Wednesday, another restaurant that is pretty good is the restaurant at the Crescent Hotel......look forward to seeing everyone
Cornhusker Corvette Club will have about 15 cars coming down from Omaha, including two 53 Commeratives on Thursday...a few others are going down Wednesday so they can autocross Thursday..It's a good time and the smell of "wax" is overpowering....
Central Minnesota Corvette Association (CMCA) has six cars going down. We're going to spend a little time in Branson first, and then finish out the week in Eureka Springs. Really looking forward to it!

Yes it'll be my first time to go as well. I'm in Springdale AR and already got Thursday morning off so I can do the autocross as well (will be my first time to ever do that). I'll show up Friday afternoon again to piddle around and then attend the cookout that my friends in a local Corvette club will be having (beats waiting at fancy restaurants!). Since it's my first time, it'd be cool to find out if any locals are going so maybe we can start a convoy or at least just for the sake of knowing some "locals" while we're there.
Me and my wife are heading out Wed.evening and drive as far as Crescent OK. and stay with family, then leave out Thursday morning for Eureka Springs.
This will be our 3rd year to go to this event!
If you have never been you are going to like the roads in the area! Eat at the Basin inn balcony bar downtown and you will enjoy your lunch setting a few stories above the street that the corvettes cruise on. oh and bring a camera.
Abilene Big Country Vettes are coming. We are bringing probably 8 or 9 vettes with us. It was a blast last year. Car show is just great. Wish they would not have gotten rid of the mid night cruise though. I enjoyed that the most. See everyone that goes there.

The Forum guys are planning on getting together behind the C2 section(west of the show) at 1pm Saturday, just before the awards. We had a gathering there last year and was able to put some faces to the avatars.
C5Nate, might have a sorry sign made up for us to see. We gave him a hard time about his sign last year.
See you there.

I like Sparky's. It's on the main strip across from McDonalds. It has a sports bar type atmosphere. Anything from a hamburger to a steak. Beware....all these places are going to be backed up, for a quarter of a mile, for the evening meal.
While your at the show...(for lunch) there's a place next to the C4 section that sells beans and cornbread. Pretty good stuff.
