If you are a 1997 - 2000 they cost close to $100 2001 - 2004 about $45. Any decent tire shop can break the bead and change it out for a couple of bucks.
I would not suggest doing it yourself unless you know how to reseat the bead on the tire and wont bung the rim trying to remove the tire bead from the rim!
I used to mount and balance tires for a living and would suggest having a reputable shop do the work!
As Vegas Vette said the TPS sensor is what will cost the most, the tire shop will charge around $20+ bucks to swap it!

Unless you have a tire machine, you won't be able to break the tire down. At a dealer that is probably the cost. Buy the sensor from GMPartsHouse and take it to a regular tire shop - they should be able to change it for about $20.
