Does your passenger side a-pillar bulge?
The middle of mine bulges by the windshield, so you can sort of "see into it" from outside the car.
Does yours stay within the black section of the windshield?
I remolded my pillar... and I can't remember if this is normal or not.
Thanks.

I wonder if that has something to do with it. the drivers side edge is hidden by the black strip in the window.
The passenger side, no. It's a lot more work for me to get that clean looking, since I went over the entire pillar with fiberglass, texture, paint.
It looks pretty OEM except for the rough edges.

their may be some kind of tab-in-hole that's not working. If you can snap a pic, that would help.

mine was like that when i bought the car , even if you removed it it looked warped .
I just simply replaced it with a newer used one , and so far so good .

It's normal, but that doesn't make it right.

Maybe ill reinforce the backside with fiberglass to keep it straight.
Should be easy after doing that. ^^.

Somhow since they're painted, I don't want them as much...I liked them black for my car

Yeah, this is the last one, unless I change speakers. I like that I don't "notice it" like I did when it was black.

There's nothing under it. Just smooth metal. It just sort of "happens"

Howz about a little gentle "forming" while using a heat gun?
