forum guidelines question

now i am a little confused. under the C5 general tab description, it states "in the manual basic tech". what exactly does this mean? should a basic tech question be here or in the tech section?

There are a lot of knowledgeable vette people in both sections. My hunch is if it is "basic" then almost everyone in this section has seen, heard, or had it happen to them.

Tech would be for those people like me...if there is a wrench in my hand you better HOPE I'm not working on your vette cuz I'm gonna make it worse!
