Default front plate

I am putting personalized on my vette how do I get that factory plate frame off,didn't want to break it

If you mean the factory filler, I "think" it is screwed in from the bottom.

Two screws under the bottom edge about 6" apart. Use a smaller #1 Phillips screwdriver and tape the blade so it doesn't scratch. It's a tight fit.

I figured it out nothing holds the front frame in place except the license plate once you remove that it comes right off
