1st parade
I will have my vert in its 1st high school homecoming parade this Friday and was wondering…. What should I put on the back so the girl does not slide off or scratch my car?

Nice fluffy towel WILL scratch paint when 110 lbs **** is put on it to wiggle around for a couple of hours.
I vote for the fender protector.
Incidentally, if you can manage it, bare butt won't hurt a thing!

anything will scratch if you put a 110lbs and wiggle around on it for a couple of hours, but most parades lost way less than a couple of hours

The very soft towel should work.

I use a towel. You're not going fast enough for anyone to slide off. I've had a couple of folks who were over 200# and there were no scratches.

You weren't the one toting around the big beaver were you
On a serious note , towel should be OK ,but the more protection the better

I did the Homecoming thing for years with older Stingray convertibles while in the GNOCC in New Orleans. I'd put a big fluffy towel on top of the "protector" and never had a problem. I did however ask the girlz (usually had two) to take off their shoes and throw them up front before they climbed in however. Figured that would be all they'd be willing to take off...they
were underage ya know.
It was fun adjusting the rear view mirror though.
