Somthing goes "Pop" when you move the car
If you are a dummy like me 
(or can't drive it due to weather) wash the car and then park it, the pads will definately stick to the rotors. As a couple of the other posts said it will leave marks on the discs and it will take some time for them to come off.
Just make sure that when you park the car you have driven it enough that any moisture on the rotors has been evaporated. I only use the parking brake on any of my cars during summer. Parking brakes will stick if you get mositure on them and then park the car. It might be difficult to break them loose.
