I picked some up for the first time at Advanced Auto this weekend, so you may find some there if you have a store close by. I only put it in my gas tank because I'm not sure I'm comfortable doing the engine method yet.

If you just run it through your tank, do you still have to do an oil change like you do with the other way?...I just changed the oil last week.

no but it does not clean up the carbon on your valves and combustion chamber nearly as well as using the conventional method.
