Weird tire sensor reading help!!

Default Weird tire sensor reading help!!
I have a question it was very cold this morning and as I pulled out of the driveway both of the rear tire sensors starting going off DIC reading low tire pressure. I looked and the pressure was around 26PSI. after I carefully drove about 5 miles to work. I looked again and they warmed up to about 32PSI and stopped DIC reading of low pressure. Is this normal or should I put a little air in each? Again it was cold so not sure if that played a part or not.

Normal for this to occur as the weather changes.

Put air in the tires - WHEN THEY ARE CLOD - 30 lbs.

Yup.. mine do it every fall... it reminds me to top up the tire air pressure as ambient air temperature drops.

also just to let you know the psi in your tires will decrease 1 psi for even 10 degree drop in the outside temp from what I have observed

A lot of people, me included, run about 28 psi in rear tires.
