There should be two holes on the BLACKWING filter at the back side, facing the radiator. One is for the ineffective filter gauge and the other for the molded horseshoe shaped air pump hose. The air pump hose is the outer most hole.
You are supposed to re-use the flat rubber grommet from your oem filter assembly. Some find it difficult to get the molded air pump hose to stay tight and square inside the ID of the flat grommet.
I found that a PCV valve cover grommet from a late model LT1 will fit into the same hole perfectly and it has a slight angle to it that allows the molded air pump hose to fit better.

The Blackwing has two grometted holes in it on the top side - one for the maintenance indicator and one for the AIR hose. The indicator comes with it's own grommet and you need to transfer the AIR hose grommet from your stock intake to the Blackwing. Btw, there are also a couple of mounting grommets on the front/bottom of the stock intake that also need to be transferred to the Blackwing.
