I am a Jewish American, so spare me the lecture. Like I said, there are lots of wonderful Corvette owners on this forum who are helpful and share information with fellow enthusiasts. Just not you.

Back to discussing spoilers.

I have the Caravaggio front and rear spoilers, wings or whatever you want to call them. I like them because they accent the car and are subtle additions without being too garish (just my opinion, no flames). For those who don't know this, these parts are well integrated into the C5's design because John Cafaro, the designer of the C5 is also the designer of the Caravaggio parts. I get many compliments on how well they look on the car, without having the ricer look. Hopefully I haven't offended anyone.

Personally I think that the Caravaggio spoiler and front canards are some of the best looking mods on the market! I love the look of them, just take a look at JETZ car if you need any proof of how great they look!

Any chance of posting some pics? I'm sure that some people will change their mind once they see them on your car!

and congratulations on some great mods

That's why I stopped visiting other generation sections on this forum, a lot of BS going on in them. Hopefully the C5 section will maintain the maturity level that it has in the past and act like adults.

You can get them directly from them at:

or by a group purchase from West Coast Muscle Cars at:
http://www.westcoastvette.net/id80.html

BTW, your Corvette BCG looks amazing!

Hmm...interesting, but actually I don't mind the front end that much...I bet once I get the wing though, I'll want to do more mods and will definetly come back to that site!

Thanks for your genuine information!

I can't even freaking believe this argueing is happening. All I wanted was some advice on which wing and wanted to see some pics. Those of you that have genuinely taken the time to give me good information and sent me links/pics, I am very greatful and truly appreciate your help. I even laugh at all the funny guys out there that post pics of the retard-o 4 ft wings...thats funny!!! I would hope that most of you would realize that I have some class and am not looking to destroy my vette.

But as for you guys/gals whatever that post such negative and hurtful things...I invite you to come and say these things to my face. Grow up. Please.

I asked the same question awhile ago and got the same responses you see above. I like wings, stickers, and stripes; it's all good! The C4 did have a "reasonable" wing and I think you will find one in the webs noted. The black one I find really nice!

I'm not a huge fan of wings on C5's but that's my own opinion and counts for NOTHING!!!
To the original post: I have seen the ACI and Caravaggios in person and they both go very well with the lines of ther car and don't look like something just glued on the back like some do. There are pics posted already so I won't repeat, but that would be my vote!!!

P.S. If I ever posed in front of my DATE'S car for prom, I would never ever let that picture get around! Heeeheee!

Actually, I take that back, evryone install a wing. If a bunch of folks install wings on their vettes, it just makes my wing-less vette look better.

Have to run, the 80's are calling, they want their wing back!

My mistake it wasn't the 80's, it was the 17 year old ghetto rat from down the street. His **** box, with the fart can... isn't running right, so he is going to put a wing on it...to make it "look faster".
oh man that is funny

I hope you have found a good spoiler. I like different ones on vettes, and applaud you for being able to cut through the crap to find good information. It always pisses me off when threads looking for options get turned into "let me change your mind by spouting off totally worthless opinions, rants and other crap. Anyway, back to the main point of this thread, be sure to post pictures of the wing when you get it installed, which one is the final choice???

PS- I thought my dream was to find a 20 something girl in a blue corvette... but then I realized your car was the wrong color! It's a shame they don't have an EB -> Nassau trade in program.

check out my pix for shots of the one you seem to like and remember its YOUR CAR, forget guys who believe THEY have the right to "approve" of a spoiler-that's the kind of crap they get away with when dealing with their children. Good luck with whatever you find that YOU like.
