Find someone that will let you drive a C5 and your questions will be instantly answered. As far as mods go the C5 has to be one of easiest cars on earth to do mods to with an aftermarket selection of go fast and dress up parts that is second to none. Take a look at some of the photo posts in the C5 section and you'll an idea of just how much can be done or jump into C5 performance results and take a look at what just a few basic mods can do to the car.

I love the looks of the C3 and have driven a few for extended periods; the C5 does perform much better though. I drive my 04 daily, took a little getting used to all the squeaks and rattles coming from an Acura, but I love everything else and can overlook that stuff. The structural rigidity is far superior in the C5, it is truly unbelievable how tight the car drives.
Had a 78 Silver Anniversary and sold it. It was a nice looking car but lacked comfort and power. Currently we have a C4 and a C5 and hands down the C5 is my choice. Even stock with the 2.73 gears and the A4 it could run circles around the other two Vettes. I had the rear changed out to the 3.42's and American Racing headers with hi-flo cats and x-pipe installed. Also from stock air box to Vararam cold air intake. Much more than enough power now. As for comfort; we take it from northcentral Pa to Daytona Beach (1100 miles one way) every spring. It is very comfortable and enjoyable on those long trips. I guess by now that you have figured out how much I love this C5!!!
