ok, I"ll check it out. thanks. Is this the back of a coupe? Wouldn't you get better air flow with the back of a coupe?

My amp is mounted exactly like in the pictures by RainJ....at the time I was not thinking of behind the seat, but in the rear area it gets plenty of ventilation. I'll take a pic of the carpet later today and post it so the cut out section can be seen.

The rear wall mount in my experience has proven to be the most secure way to mount an amp especially when using bolts and lock washers/nuts. It is also somthing that can be easily done whereas most other mounting locations require removal of carpet and somtimes seats to install an anchorboard.
