How many produced?
1. 2001 Millenium yellow w/ Torch red interior.
2. 2002 Electron blue w/ torch red.
Both cars are coupes ...I know they were special order and there production #'s were very low, but how low?

Thus far, as others mentioned above, GM hasn't published data for combinations of options like you are wanting. All that they have published is data for each of the options like what is found at the following links:

I too have heard that the National Corvette Museum is working on a database for all build sheet data that possibly can be queried at some point in time for combination data. However, it may be quite some time before this is ever available.

You can estimate, and maybe it will be close.
Start by figuring the percentage of MY that year, and the percentage of TR interior that year.
Lets say you come up with 11% of production was MY and 9% of production got the TR interior.
9% X 11% is .1%
Lets say 50,000 cars were produced that year... X .001 = 50 cars with both MY and TR..... estmated.
