How long are you storing the car for? the tire pressure is something to worry about but more I would worry about getting the tires flat spotted and the tires are gone be trashed why not just take them off?

Default Storing?

What is storing for the winter mean? I’m more worried about having enough fire extinguishers.

With the runflats you don't need to worry about it. If you're concerned, just park it with each tire on a 2" styrafoam panel.

I put about 5 pounds of extra air pressure in each tire when I store mine. That brings it up to 35 psi.

And, no, you don't need to worry about flat-spotting these days. If it does occur, it's temporary.

Just wondering why anyone thinks it would matter providing the tire doesn't go soft

Genuine question.

I pump mine up to 45PSI and park on carpet squares for the winter.

Non Runflats here, I put 36 psi in them for storage. I have not had a "flat spotting " problem in 4 years of storing the car.
