Z06 seats
I have a few specific questions about Z06 seats:
Driver Seat
1. In what ways is the driver's seat adjustable. Is it 6 way power?
2. Is it correct that there is no adjustable lumbar suport?
3. Can you adjust the angle of the seat back?
4. Is this identical to the standard C5 seat (except for embroidered logo) and what does the upgrade C5 seat sport seat (not available in Z06) provide?
Passenger Seat
1. Is this a manual seat?
2. How far does the seat back recline? Can the passenger almost lay flat?
I plan to order a Z06 soon and no local dealers have one for me to look at.

Yes

Don't think so but don't know for sure

Seatback can go back but not far enough to lay flat. (Planning to leave the Unlaid?)

No, just 4 way power for the lower cushion, manual recline (which is just fine BTW).

The amount of recline of both seats is limited by the panel behind the seats, not the seats themselves, and I understand where you are coming from, so you could sleep in the passenger seat while your wife was driving on a trip, right?? :)
