Anyone have any recommendations on Buying/Keeping an emergency 12 V air compressor in your ride for emergency use? Small enough for storage, high cap., reliability, etc.?
I'm definitely thinking about going non- run flats because of the $$$ and if so, will want to keep a compressor and repair kit on-board.
Thanks in advance for any info on this thread Guys & Gals!

I Agree and carry all the stuff you mentioned - but I don't have a jack - which do you recommend that would be small enough to fit in one of the compartments?
I found a nice Craftsman at Sears, I think it was around 40 bucks, capable of 300 psi. It fits nicely in the center storage area in my trunk right below my disc changer. I also keep some tire repair plugs in my "emergency" bag.

C5Frederick (sp?) is a Forum member - in Europe - sells the MB jack (manual) that many use.
I bought an electric jack from a magazine (don't remember which one - but you should be able to Goggle and find one similar). It is small enough (about 12" x 6" x 6") to fit in the large trunk compartment. Paid around $60 for it.

Same here. Had two nails and no jack and had no trouble pulling them, plugging them and filling the tire back up.
Get it patched as soon as you can.
