Volant Air Intake
Well this weekend I put on a Volant intake system I got from Nate at Xtreme Motorsports and Yes it is a an improvement. I don't have access to a dyno but I can tell you I am getting alot more wheel spin hitting 2 and 3rd gear.
The install was straight forward and very clean. It is very apparent that I am getting alot more air into this bad boy.
I would like to post a picture, I guess I need a place to put it first any help there would be great.

Sorry I am looking right at the instructing sheet and it is Volant Air Intake Systems for the Corvette z06

Its Volant I've heard of it. I have on on my 01 GMC Yukon XL.

Appears to be a new product. It is listed in the Ecklers Catalog on page 124 as a new item. Has both single and dual filter applications. I have done a search and really couldn't find anything! They claim up to 18 hp. Hope this helps. Happy Thanksgiving to All!!!!

Well, at Nate's site.......in the intake section there is NO refernece to a Volant, Valiant,( er' that's an OLD Plymouth) or anything like it.........forgive me for assuming you were incorrect in your spelling!!!!!! :D

Looks like a Donaldson filter, in a nice black box.........anyone else have one??.......what results did you get??........what does this set up run?????

Sorry, we dont have the Volant system on our site yet. It will be on our new site (which will hopefully be completed this week) but I have pics if anyone is interested. It is a nice system with a power duct included and it will result in a 17-22 hp gain. Email me for pics or call for more info. Thanks!
