Freaking Valet!!
My and the wife stayed in Denver at the Monaco Hotel and opted for the 25$ valet service instead of the open air parking. Well this morning as we were leaving the hotel room I hear a sweet exhaust note coming from the parking garage next door. Just out of curiosity, I look out the hotel window and see a teenager driving my car like a bat out of hell around the garage and rev'ing hard to make the exhaust sing. I did check the miles before and after so i know there wasn't any joyriding. I told the front desk manager and she flipped on the kid! I felt kinda sorry for him but then i remembered him doggin my ride.
Has anyone else experienced anything like this?

The only other options were the street or unattended lot covered with wineos and bums. So i choose the valet. I should have asked for the 25$ back but I was in a really good mood. 16TH street mall in nice but some of the people were looking abit rough.
Wife asked if i was going to give the guy a tip while he was in earshot. My reply was he has gotten his tip already from driving my car the way he did and not a beat down or fired. The manager lady was pretty mean and he denied it of course but she still made him apologize.
Lesson learned.

I have to valet my cars every day where I live and last week they put scratches on the nose of my Z!!!! I spoke to the manager and he said to get a quote on the damage to see how much it might cost. I swear to god he better pay...

Anyone who lets a valet get in their Corvette obviously didn't see "Ferris Beuler's Day Off".(sp?)
