not that I've noticed. I heard it here first too. It works pretty well.

since the ground is wet from washin the car it keeps the dust from blowin around

I've used the leaf blower but switched to a "California Water Blade" Silicone Water Squeegee and that works fine. Just a little cleanup with the micro fibre towel. Faster than the blower and I don't have to screw with the dam extension cord.
