So Saturday night, I had the lady in the car coming home from some bowling and gave her a bit of gas on a U-turn and broke the rear loose.
I can tell the difference with IRS vs. solid live axle.
Anyway, for the rest of the drive, my TCS/AH light was lit up on my dash and "Service Traction System" was displayed. I did not turn the system off before my little sprint and was concerned about this. Today, I had no issues to/from work. Is this something I should be concerned about? In typing this, I just realized I should check to see if I got any codes...
Had the same thing happen when I peeled out of GVR (closer than Sunset)saturday night. should be okay...just telling you that it's working. Mine went away also.

I'd see which codes it threw and then reset them. It shouldn't have tripped but even so if it doesn't do it again I wouldn't worry.
In my case I've already had an EBCM Change but it was throwing a C1214. My latest problems are a C1287 and I think its my SWPS thats causing it. It trips almost every time I take the car out
It seems that the module has an achilles heal, the circuts fail and the system shuts down. Happened to me, but instead of replacing the module with another GM weak part it was sent out to be rebuilt with better circuts.
