right side brake light
Hello, I have a 02 C-5 and the right brake lights will not work but the turn signal lights will work. I checked all the fuses, lights, and even beat on the back of the car. (Worked before). Could anyone please help me with this. I dont want to go to the dealer again and get pounded in the buttox again. Just spent $1000 on AC not blowing and wife will not let me sell this car so I have to learn to live with this problem child.

If beating on the car fixed it I'd say you've had both bulbs go bad. The brake lights are higher intensity and are used more often so it makes sense that those filaments burned out before the T/S. Try swapping out one of them and see how you go. You'll need a torx screw head to get the screws out.
If not it could be a ground problem. On the Vert the ground is just inside the outer taillight on the cross member. Easy to see if you take the light unit out.
