I've had similar experiences with them. Great folks to do business with.

I think they fly over your house and drop it there each day. I don't see how they can deliver so fast

I order a set of heads from them about 4 months ago. the next day after installing them one of the heads drop a valve. The valve damage the top of the piston. I called and was told by Jason at TS that he had seen 4 or 5 set of these Edelbrook heads do this and they would take care of all of it, but to take the engine apart and see what I needed to fix the motor. About 2 day later I called back And Jason turned me over to someone else I think his name was John. I was told by him that this was the first and that Jason did not know what he was talking about. I was told that all they would do is replace the valve, keeper, retainer and one head gasket. that they would mail it out that day. After 2 1/2 weeks and sevral phone calls I got 1/2 the parts. They did not send the head gasket. I had to call back and was told that he did not remember telling me that he would replace the gasket. After checking into this Edelbrook did not drill the hole in some of the heads all the way, causing the rocker bolts not the tighten to the correct torque. Jason told me that they knew this and should of check the heads before they shipped them.

Damn near everyone is great before the sale, its the after that counts. Too bad they did not make it right. Every place gets bad parts occasionally, its how its handled that makes future customers.
