Wow, that sounds awfully close to the stock exhaust now. It would make sense, since the engines are the same and now, you are not using the mufflers a whole lot.

It sounds like my AA clip. Yours sounds a little different because you are in a garage, and I am outside.

Thanks for the postings.

You could... it just wouldn't be AS loud... but very close! It would still have the high pitch

Me likey!!!

What I love about the A&A is how there is ZERO resonance in my car. Unfortunately I had 'tweedle-dee, the wonder dummy' do mine and he pretty much butchered the exhaust.

I could only find one place that would do the mod since it essentially by-passes the muffler. No one else would touch it...except for Tweedle-dee.

You are so right.

I hope to eventually procure a free stock catback that someone is discarding as they upgrade to an aftermarket exhaust. I'll then take it to South Carolina, where no one cares about car emissions, and have them welded. I was surprised I had so much difficult finding someone to do the mod since the cats are still in place, it was only the mufflers that I'm bypassing

Then I'll install them back on my car. Live and learn I guess.

One thing I notcied is they sound very different (louder) when cold and mellow out after you have been driving for a few minutes.

yes, the sound definitely changes - much more raspy when cold.
