Default Rear Wheel Spacer - Question

I'm running CCW Big Street Classics (11.5/18) on the back with new 315 PS2's. I'm thinking L5 flairs but don't want to throw away the 315's. They won't last that long anyways.

Can I add spacers to move the wheels out a little to work with the flairs? Anyone done it?

If you decide to go with spacers keep it under 1/4 inch on the stock wheel studs.

I use them for my track wheels all the time which are 315. It does push them out a bit, but I need the clearance for the wilwood calipers.

How about with adapters? 1/4 inch is not going to do much to fill out the flairs. Adapters are really what I'm talking about anyways. Bolt to the spindle and have their own studs. I would think 3/4-1" would be best.

I realize this threads a little old but to my understanding the smallest adapter they make is 1".

Like this??

CCW 3/8" spacer, ARP longer studs ( a must ) and hardened NAPA open ended lug nuts.

I run a 18x13" rear rim, 18x335/30 tire and use the 3/4" flaired ACP rear fender
