I should never have looked at the pictures of the Tigershark front facia and spoiler. I just placed the order even though I had decided this car was just fine stock, but you know how it is. If anyone has any info on how well this fits or any problems you may have ran into I would greatly appreciate it. John Page from 21st century muscle cars also indicated that the stock fog lights would work with this front end, does anyone have any suggestions for small aftermarket fog lights or any info on using the stock lights. Thanks
I checked into this a while back. You can get a kit that includes the brackets to mount your foglights for th TS nose, but, its 260.00.Some guys said they made their on brackets, maybe one of them could give us a how to on doing this.
Thanks, I just emailed another forum member and he said the brackets were included in his kit. I ordered from John Page @ 21st centurymusclecars. I cant wait to get started on this mod.
I purchased one from 21st century and it arrived in about a week, it needed a small bit of masaging to fit, no big deal !!! To make the stock fog lights fit you need the kit, it has the screens and fog light brackets. Make sure you get the new larger brake ducts, mine were missing and had to have them shipped later, I didnt know I was supposed to get them and I didnt get them until after the front end was installed so now there sitting in my garage , I will install them sooner or later. Hopefully you had it shipped to a commerical address as it was $60. cheaper to ship. If your state requires a front plate there is a vendor on the forum that sells this flip up or down mount for the front plate that will fit on a T/S front end and works well and is almost invisible when down. Good luck. Tom
Thanks Tom, luckly no front plate required in NC. I just decided to delete the for light option, I think John told me that you can mount the originals behind the screens and just let them shine through. Let me know if you have any info on that. Thanks again. Dave
Not only does the Tiger Shark front fascia improve the looks but it add an "Aura" to the car.
When a ricer asks what it is all you need to say is:
"Its a Tiger Shark!"
Then nod their heads, wonder what it is, and think that it probably has at least 1,000 horse power and slink away.
The only problem is that they are leaf and bug catchers and there is nothing you can do but stop and keep cleaning them out. I was driving south on I-95 through Georgia recently on a windy day and the autumn leaves were blowing across the highway.
Here is what I found when I stopped to clean the grills.
To me it is embarrassing to drive like this. After awhile you get a feel for bugs and leaves and know when to stop and clean up. A stiff parts cleaning brush works best!
