Rolled Over 50K
Just wanted to let you know that I took the Vette out on Christmas day. It rolled over the 50K mark.
This is the 3rd strange occurance so far with holidays...
The first was marrying on Tax Day (I am an accountant)
and the second is getting my vette on Earth Day!
LOL, isn't that

Most of us
don't consider tax day a holiday! If I was married on that day, I might even consider it a double whammy.
I am proud to be an American, but if I spent money like the U.S. Gov I wouldn't have a Vette parked in the garage. I'd be refinancing a car loan on a 6 year old grocery getter.
Tax day leaves me wondering just how much of my contribution gets wasted.
Can you tell the office is a little slow today?

I am just shy of 76K myself, and I don't even care, I just ignore the mileage counter, the only thing it means to me is when to do maintenance. Doesn't make my car any less attractive or nice as a lower mile garage queen. Keep on racking them up

Time to change your signature... it says almost 50K miles and counting...You are averaging about 10-12K per year on your '03...
I've been averaging 16K per year ( over 7 months) on our '01. 113K+ miles and running stronger than day 1(thanks to Vararam and AR Headers )
So you have many more miles of smiles ahead of you...
