I'm a Jay Leno fan, too -- a true "car guy." His credibility is high on things automotive, and his garage is full of interesting vehicles. But, go back to the article and notice he gets his Vette's for "free" from GM. It's amazing how often those who can afford perks don't have to pay for them.
Nobody would bat an eye if you and I did it in Homie the Clown suits. Being broke and poor HAS its privileges!
