C5 build sheet?
On C4's as the car went down the line they would either stick the build sheet on top of the gas tank or in the frame rails under the hood. I am wondering if they did this with the C5? if they did where can i look for it?

The build sheet on the C5 Corvette is placed in the Reinforcement bar behind the front fascia. You will need to remove the front fascia and front bumper assembly to get at it.
It is in the black bar that you can see just to the left of the date.

I grabbed mine back when I installed my tigershark nose. You 100% must have the facia off because the foam absorber has end caps that cover the open ends of the front crash bar part of the frame, and this is where the build sheet is.

whats wrong with the sticker on the door ??? its got the same codes.
or if you would like a printed one on a larger piece of paper have someone with a dealerworld password run a GMVIS for ya and print that for show and tell. that little piece of paper is way under lots of bolts and screws and body parts. way too much effort unless for other reasons to tear it apart for sure. the one you order costs a pretty penny for the same codes you could get for free with just the last eight of the vin number. if you need help getting the vin ran let me know.

Much easier to just order a copy from the National Corvette Museum - you can get it and a window sticker for a good price.
