CD Changer Plug?

This gets discussed quite a bit...you might try doing a search in C5 Tech, using keywords "CD changer" which will give you pages of past discussions.

A C5 Corvette may or may not have come with the harness installed from the factory. If yours did have one, look in the center cubby hole beneath the latching mechanism...you might have to pull the carpet back to find it, if it's there.
A C5/Z06 did not come from the factory with a harness, but a previous owner may have installed the harness and/or brackets...look in same location as above. If nothing is found there, look on the passenger side floorboard in the computer/fuse compartment. There are two plugs as described and shown in images in two links above.
I just installed an oem CD changer in my '04 Z16. If you need information on sources for the harness/brackets/magazines, let me know. The oem CD changers are commonly found in the CF classifieds, but I have found a source for them as well.

how about updating your forum profile to include -at least- the year of your C5. Too many times an answer will depend on what year your C5 is.
