I just flush mounted...and I like the way the back is rounded off. Just seems like it flows better.

I prefer the recessed look of stock taillights.

While it's a matter of personal taste, I do happen to like the flush look better. Also prefer the euro lights to US version.

I prefer the stock location as well. To my eyes, the flush mounted creates a bug-eyed look.

It looks much better.

I hate that hideous flush look.

It was a feature that set the corvette apart from other vehicles originally.

I will keep it that way.

Gives the best of both worlds!

I just ordered my euro amber/red tail lights AND a flush mounting kit. I've been on the fence about the flush mount (not the euro ambers as I love 'em and finally was able to afford them) and this 1/2 and 1/2 look is unique. It's definately halfway inbetween. Wish I'd seen it before I bought the flush mount kit. Wonder if I can mod the kit once I get it.

Just got a flush mount kit that included seals. On sale only cost about $16.00 so it won't cost much to try it. Besides if you don't like it. it's easily reversed or modified. Nothing to lose!! I think it looks good on the gray, silver and pewter colors

Like both, but flush stays a bit cleaner. Also added the seals, so.....
