Not exactly steam rollers, but a good bit wider than the stock 295s.
The brake cooling ducts are still in place and the tires only stick out marginally more than stock.

Are those Pilot Sports in 345/30/18 size? I have only been able to find 335/30/18 in PS and PS2 - and Sport Cups in 345 size.
