Loose seats

My C5 driver side feels like a rocking chair. I used to feel it here and there, now it is all the time. When I take the seat out it feels fine. The track seems solid. Any help would be appr.

Are you speaking of the dreaded "rocking chair" problem?

Those are the instructions I used; it looks harder than it really is just take your time. If that fix doesn't work here is another fix but try the above one first:
