I want to convert my nonpower passenger seat in my 03 Z06 to a power seat like the drivers side. Can anyone tell me what I would need and where I could get the parts to do a clean professional job. Any info or links to salvage shops would be great. I will do all of the work I just need to know where and what I need...
Unfortunately I dont have any input for you but I do have one question. Why on earth would you want to do that? This is a 2 seat car I couldnt even think of one reason you would ever even want to move that seat unless its to vacuum behind it when cleaning the interior (in which case its just easier to use the slide bar anyway lol).
Very easy answer to that. Haven't you ever changed driving positions when on a trip? I do it all the time, and its a lot easier to just push a button. I'm sure it can be done but it's going to be expensive.
I just helped a buddy install my power sports C5 seats in his C4. It was pretty simple, all he needed was 12v constant power and ground. That's all it takes. Everything else should be bolt right in.

Has anyone done this? I'd really like to have the same thing done on my Z too.
It's honestly hard to believe the passenger seat in the flagship Z06 is not power. Does the new C6 Z06 come standard with passenger power seats or is it manual? That's my only meaningful gripe about my Z. No power passenger seat to save what, a few pounds? Many of us (myself particularly) could stand to lose a few pounds anyway, and we can call it even...
It's kind of embarrassing to have passengers reach under the seat and do the same thing as on a Geo Metro if they want to get comfortable....
