Wish I knew who cut the thread, it was pretty sudden...
BTW, I don't see anything unprofessional about it. I think it's a pretty valid question.
K well I guess your right.....it's just I saw a previous thread about something similar to this and it got lcoked by a mod who posted "Why dont you just PM a mod." Though it may apply here but it's all good
No vendor can make every customer happy 100% of the time and stay in business for long...at least not if they want to make a profit.
For example, in the past there were several posts about the "other" Gene of GENE'S KAR SHOP. Gene has recently decided not to be a supporting vendor, btw.
Some members also complained about him not answering e-mails in what they considered a timely fashion. Many members who'd dealt with GENE'S KAR SHOP also showed their support in those posts while some unfortunately had their "bad" experiences with him.
Realize that some of the vendors are not brick and mortar businesses, but side line occupations by enthusiasts like the rest of us. They have personal lives, health issues, family issues, take vacations, etc.

You could be right, but more than likely a moderator decided to remove the thread until Gene can reply. The moderator can then repost the thread with his response.

Why don't you PM a mod or one of the administrators and ask the question directly. Calling the mods or admins out in public on a thread is a violation of the Forum's policy. It's a quick way to get a trip to banned camp.

honestly, it gets pretty ridiculous on here sometimes, to the point that i'm surpised that there are not reports of libel and/or lost business lawsuits between members & vendors or between vendors & vendors.
sometime the price of freedom of speech ain't cheap...

Do not be a part time vendor providing part time customer service is my take on it. Anyone can be a drop shipping reseller.

You guys all agreed to follow the rules when you joined the forum, I suggest that you follow them to keep your posting privileges....
oh yea If you wanna do that in public you need a free bus ride ...pm or email savewave or Cor07vette if you must know...but don't break forum rules by doing it in an open thread...they have enough krap to deal with...
The top guys are more than human and will speak with you in an email...they were great with me when I called on them
