You'll probably get flack on this from people saying that these are for ricers. But if you like them it's your car so go for it. But they are way over priced. You could do the same thing for a lot less money using LED strips. Here's a link

Do you need an LED Controller to operate these? If so, which one? Anyone set them up to work as turn signals, similar to the side mirror light turn signals would work?

No you don't need a controller to use these, unless you buy the kind that change colors. Just an On/Off switch

I was thinking about adding some to my ride and wiring them into the fog light switch. Yep, call me Uncle Ben.

I wired leds in parallel with the turn lamps and they worked fine.

Is there an install write up for this? I am doing the int led mod and might as well do this one also. It looks cool.

I've had mine on my Vette for about four years now. Originally had small NEON tubes there but have switched to the LED strips. Tied them into the fog light switch. Best thing about that too is that when the "approach lights" feature is turned on, the LED's light up when I press the key fob in a parking lot to unlock the car. Neat effect!

I'm seriously looking at these too. I'd like a few.. just subtle.. in the engine compartment and a couple under the car.

The other thing I'm working on... I want a recording of the Angles of Glory singing praise when I open my garage door and drive the car out.

.. no, really.. I do. I think it would be funny as h*ll.

Here's my write up on how I did mine. Wired into the Fog lights and the Turn signals work thru them too...
